Self Education E-mail List

I have finally updated the Self Education list I started a while ago and it’s now public and open for members. Below is the description from the groups home page.Autodidacticism (also autodidactism) is self-education or self-directed learning. An autodidact, also known as an automath, is a mostly self-taught person – typically someone who has an enthusiasm for self-education and a high degree of self-motivation.

The primary goal of this list is to allow anyone who is interested in self learning, self education, and studying to interact with others. Here we share experiences, techniques, and information with each other with the intention of mutually supporting our educational goals.

Goofiness and a sense of humor are encouraged, nay, demanded of here. People tend to take themselves and life too seriously sometimes. :p

There are very few things that can get you kicked out of here. If you’re booted or banned, know that you must have done something truly heinous to deserve such punishment but depending on the severity of your transgression, you might be allowed back in with a flick of the Long Wet Noodle. Either that, or you’ll have to endure playing a game of Chess with me. Your choice punk. Do you feel lucky? :p
